My friend introduced me to the CEFS and it really lives up to its name. Since I have been participating in the community activities, I have deeply experienced and gained a lot from being a part of this community. The leaders and board members of the community care for us, the elderly, in every way. With the current serious epidemic, they have organized many offline activities, no matter it is a hot summer or a cold winter. It makes the life of the elderly more colorful. They also organized online healthy eating, healthy nutrition lectures, knitting, English, Tai Chi, dancing .... So that the old people do not feel lonely at home, especially the old people have learned English and can go to the stores and see the doctor by themselves, which not only reduces the trouble of their children, but also improves their self-confidence and ability to live independently. Once again, I would like to thank the leaders and board members for their hard work. Thank you.
